DUCT CLEANING

Air Duct cleaning, Heating and Cooling System (HVAC) Cleaning

Professional air duct cleaning is one of the best things you can do for your home or business. Ventilation systems are often the biggest culprit in poor indoor air quality. Make it a priority to inspect your air ducts at work and your home and have them cleaned regularly.
If your HVAC has been operating for some time without attention, it could be circulating odours, dust and other contaminants. When you clean the dust out of your heating and cooling system, you reduce the dust circulating in your home, at the same time removing allergy causing contaminants like mould, mildew and bacteria.
Burke's Restoration routinely inspects the heating, ventilation and air conditioning units ensuring they remain clean. This can extend the life of the equipment; saving you money and give you cleaner air.

  • Wet Cleaning: An effective and aggressive cleaning method for removing moderate to heavy residues.
  • Foam Cleaning: The technique is used primarily for upholstery fabrics that might shrink when wet or whose dyes would likely bleed.
  • Abrasive Cleaning: Involves agitation of the surface being cleaned.
  • Immersion Cleaning: Effective for materials that can withstand being completely saturated with the cleaning product. Contents are dipped into a bath of the cleaning product.
