We choose you over another competitor, and that decision proved again and again amazing. From start to end, in all milestones we always thought, he was the right person. We want to acknowledge all the team members from Gary Burke’s Restoration company, from asbestos removal, soda blasting, siding change, covering the walls, flooring, painting, plumbing and many more for their work ethics and professionalism.
I just wanted to say again how very satisfied Rome and I are with Gary, George and the Burke's team and the work that is being done at the house. In the past year, they have always answered our questions, kept us informed as to what was happening, and greatly assisted in the process of getting the permits issued. The house is coming along wonderfully and we look forward to its completion.
I wanted to write a quick note to say how pleased I am with the quality of work on our home so far. George did a great job to get the trades all in time and the kitchen ready for installation next week. Mike, Warren and our fantastic drywaller have done beautiful work on closing the basement in. I feel happier about the house than I have in many months and just wanted to let you know that.
A big THANK YOU for all your help with my recent claim. I really appreciated how fast you guys worked to get everything fixed just in time for the new owner. I know we were working with a VERY tight scheduled and it was amazing that you got it done just in time. I can’t thank you, and all the guys and gals at Burke’s enough! We can't thank you enough for the flood restoration work in our home. From the first call, your staff have been on time, courteous & conscientious. We have never seen a cleaner jobsite at the end of each day. It's nice to see people who care about our place as much as we do.

I wanted to let you know that Steve was amazing this week and we are very pleased with the way he has been able to help make this stressful situation a bit easier to get through. We were able to leave him with our 4 dogs and cat today and were comfortable that they were happy with him there.
I am pleased with the work that Colin did in my house. He was polite and did the removal of the kitchen ceiling and hall ceiling and put the insulation too. He painted the ceilings in the kitchen and bathroom. He was tidy and clean. He will be a fine supervisor one day. Please tell his parents they raised a responsible son.
I wanted to thank you for your professionalism, friendliness and calm approach to dealing with our sewage backup and repair. We have never had to deal with such a disturbing problem before and appreciated your guidance through this process. Your service is second to none. You handled the claim extremely well, hitting well above targets and expectations. You certainly know your job, are proactive, and think ahead to what is coming. With 40 years in most aspects of claims I know and have met some great contractors, you among them. I cannot clone you, but I can and will use you as the image to live up to.

I would like to thank you and your crews for the work that was done. The work and the effort done by that crew was very professional and our needs to maintain access for my son in his wheelchair during this construction was taken care of.
The quick and effective response on the evening of our flood was instrumental in limiting damages. The crew you dispatched worked very hard well into the night and returned for the next three days to ensure that everything was progressing satisfactorily. Overall your team did a very good job and was very professional. The work quality was higher than I expected. I believe your restoration work was much better than the builder of this condominium complex. In addition, your staff were courteous and helpful. I just wanted to take a moment to express our satisfaction with the entire Burke's Restoration team, especially our Estimator, Ben Meyer. We felt extremely comfortable with every member of the team in our house and they made a very stressful situation feel worry-free. The work they did was excellent; in areas of the house where the damage was extensive the repairs look flawless.
Terrie is straight up. I immediately got the sense that we weren't going to receive promises that couldn't be kept. She was able to communicate calmly with people who are in the middle of one of the more challenging experiences of their lives.

We wanted to say thanks to Lorne and Ryan for the great job they did restoring our basement. They were very professional, worked hard and the quality of workmanship was higher than we expected as they restored the basement back to the original condition.
During the construction stage, we went to site almost every day, sometimes 2 or 3 times, and could see the dedication and efforts displayed by your construction crews. This was a first class job.
