Emergency Response Service Guidelines

Within 1 Hour
Within one hour from notice of loss, Burke's Restoration will contact you to arrange for service.
Within 4 Hours
Within four hours, Burke's Restoration will be on-site to start mitigation services.
Within 8 Hours
Within eight business hours of on-site arrival, a verbal briefing of the restoration plan will be communicated to you and your adjuster or property manager.
